  • I love helping people untangle the messy, beautiful world of relationships, sexuality, and healing from developmental trauma. Whether you're a couple navigating intimacy struggles, an individual working through past wounds, or someone just trying to figure out why your brain does that thing in relationships, I create a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore it all. Trained in Brainspotting, I blend deep, neuroscience-backed healing with a down-to-earth, real-talk approach. Therapy with me isn’t about checking a box—it’s about getting curious, finding clarity, and building the life and relationships you actually want. I work with clients ages 15+ who are motivated and (mostly) ready to improve their lives, sexuality, and/or any relationship configuration (open, polyamory, monogamous, and other ENM structures).

    Individual Therapy Sessions:
    Up to 60 min.: $150

  • Therapy intensives are not covered by insurance. Intensives are ideal for individuals wanting to tackle their healing and relationship work more aggressively.

    Two Hour Intensive: $300

    Half Day Intensive (4 hours): $700

    Full Day Intensives (6 hours): $1,000

    Payment for intensives are due prior to the start of services.
